This project consisted of the surveying of two existing tennis courts on split levels at a site in Sunningdale. We were asked to produce a drawing showing sections through the existing site and court locations. We were asked to design a retaining structure to facilitate two tennis courts on a level platform. Proposed sections against existing ground levels have been drawn with the proposal of universal columns and sleeper walls.
We are installing 100 liner metres of structurally designed retaining wall using horizontally laid log rolls set between universal columns. The log rolls used come with a 30 year life warranty. The design takes into consideration the residence safety while maintaining the garden lawn areas. Please see our progressing project images.
We are currently installing the first phase groundworks comprising of a 1200m2 area which includes the construction of a new entrance road, parking bays, brick retaining walls, ramps, services, footpaths, foul and storm water drainage.
Excavation and land contouring for the gardens of a new development in Lindfield. The gardens were profiled by our surveying team to our proposed design. We then excavated and removed any excess spoil from site. Topsoil was imported, compacted in layers and hand raked to new finished levels to receive grass seed.
