5 Apr 2019 We are providing our surveying services on this 51 property development in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The project consist of the setting out of a mix of residential houses and apartment’s. Our surveying division attend site producing a stock pile volume survey and cut and fill drawing. Our setting out engineers will accurately position roads, substructures and external works features to the proposed design drawings.
5 Apr 2019 We are installing 100 liner metres of structurally designed retaining wall using horizontally laid log rolls set between universal columns. The log rolls used come with a 30 year life warranty. The design takes into consideration the residence safety while maintaining the garden lawn areas. Please see our progressing project images.
14 Mar 2019 Datum Plus will be working alongside a leading timber frame contractor ‘Border Oak’ for in the quaint village of Chiddingfold. We are providing a full groundworks and surveying package from the initial site setup and piling services to the external works installation.
