6 Aug 2019 This project consists of the groundwork and surveying package for a single dwelling in Edenbridge. We are installing deep pad foundations which will be spanned by universal beams. Drainage will be connected to an existing pumping chamber and storm water to a new PCC soakaway positioned in the garden.
22 Jan 2019 Development for Groveland Estates. The erection of three number town houses and separate apartment block containing four number residential units.
23 Sep 2019 We are delighted to be working within this luxurious development for the Royalton Group. We will be providing surveying and groundwork services within the woodlands walk, walled garden areas as well as external works to the marketing suite, paving to linking developments, and service trenching.
12 Feb 2020 We undertook the initial topographical land survey and produced design drawings for the proposal of a new sleeper wall to retain three new tennis courts. 24 Sep 2019 We are providing services including traditional foundations, foul, storm water drainage to a 6500 square foot home with a detached garage and annexe.
23 Sep 2019 We are currently installing the first phase groundworks comprising of a 1200m2 area which includes the construction of a new entrance road, parking bays, brick retaining walls, ramps, services, footpaths, foul and storm water drainage.
