5 Apr 2019 We are installing 100 liner metres of structurally designed retaining wall using horizontally laid log rolls set between universal columns. The log rolls used come with a 30 year life warranty. The design takes into consideration the residence safety while maintaining the garden lawn areas. Please see our progressing project images.
6 Aug 2019 We are excavating a new 1700ft2 swimming pool in the beautiful area of Sevenoaks. All spoil will be remaining on site, we will then level and spread in the garden topping off with topsoil.
14 Mar 2019 Datum Plus will be working alongside a leading timber frame contractor ‘Border Oak’ for in the quaint village of Chiddingfold. We are providing a full groundworks and surveying package from the initial site setup and piling services to the external works installation. 4 Mar 2019 Drainage Installation for a single house development in Oxshott Surrey.
4 Mar 2019 This project consisted of the surveying of two existing tennis courts on split levels at a site in Sunningdale. We were asked to produce a drawing showing sections through the existing site and court locations. We were asked to design a retaining structure to facilitate two tennis courts on a level platform. Proposed sections against existing ground levels have been drawn with the proposal of universal columns and sleeper walls.
