4 Apr 2019 This external works project consists of the preparation for a new bowling, croquet and tennis courts. We are installing all service ducting and drainage as well as all external work finishes including paving and roads.
12 Feb 2020 We undertook the initial topographical land survey and produced design drawings for the proposal of a new sleeper wall to retain three new tennis courts. We are thrilled to working with 1st- Surface, providing our groundwork services through this next phase. Please see our on going project photos:
22 Jan 2019 Development for Groveland Estates. The erection of three number town houses and separate apartment block containing four number residential units.
4 Mar 2019 This project consisted of the surveying of two existing tennis courts on split levels at a site in Sunningdale. We were asked to produce a drawing showing sections through the existing site and court locations. We were asked to design a retaining structure to facilitate two tennis courts on a level platform. Proposed sections against existing ground levels have been drawn with the proposal of universal columns and sleeper walls.
14 Mar 2019 Datum Plus will be working alongside a leading timber frame contractor ‘Border Oak’ for in the quaint village of Chiddingfold. We are providing a full groundworks and surveying package from the initial site setup and piling services to the external works installation. Here are some of our project photos as we progress on site.
5 Apr 2019 We are installing 100 liner metres of structurally designed retaining wall using horizontally laid log rolls set between universal columns. The log rolls used come with a 30 year life warranty. The design takes into consideration the residence safety while maintaining the garden lawn areas. Please see our progressing project images.
