4 Mar 2019 Excavation and land contouring for the gardens of a new development in Lindfield. The gardens were profiled by our surveying team to our proposed design. We then excavated and removed any excess spoil from site. Topsoil was imported, compacted in layers and hand raked to new finished levels to receive grass seed.
6 Aug 2019 We are please do be providing a full groundwork and surveying package for the development of two five bedroom houses, two detached garages in Ascot. Here are a few of our project photos.
14 Mar 2019 Datum Plus will be working alongside a leading timber frame contractor ‘Border Oak’ for in the quaint village of Chiddingfold. We are providing a full groundworks and surveying package from the initial site setup and piling services to the external works installation. 23 Sep 2019 We are delighted to be working within this luxurious development for the Royalton Group. We will be providing surveying and groundwork services within the woodlands walk, walled garden areas as well as external works to the marketing suite, paving to linking developments, and service trenching.
6 Aug 2019 This project consists of the groundwork and surveying package for a single dwelling in Edenbridge. We are installing deep pad foundations which will be spanned by universal beams. Drainage will be connected to an existing pumping chamber and storm water to a new PCC soakaway positioned in the garden.
