23 Sep 2019 We are currently installing the first phase groundworks comprising of a 1200m2 area which includes the construction of a new entrance road, parking bays, brick retaining walls, ramps, services, footpaths, foul and storm water drainage.

4 Mar 2019 Excavation and land contouring for the gardens of a new development in Lindfield. The gardens were profiled by our surveying team to our proposed design. We then excavated and removed any excess spoil from site. Topsoil was imported, compacted in layers and hand raked to new finished levels to receive grass seed.
22 Jan 2019 Development for Groveland Estates. The erection of three number town houses and separate apartment block containing four number residential units.
6 Aug 2019 We are excavating a new 1700ft2 swimming pool in the beautiful area of Sevenoaks. All spoil will be remaining on site, we will then level and spread in the garden topping off with topsoil.
14 Mar 2019 Datum Plus will be working alongside a leading timber frame contractor ‘Border Oak’ for in the quaint village of Chiddingfold. We are providing a full groundworks and surveying package from the initial site setup and piling services to the external works installation.
