This project consisted of the surveying of two existing tennis courts on split levels at a site in Sunningdale. We were asked to produce a drawing showing sections through the existing site and court locations. We were asked to design a retaining structure to facilitate two tennis courts on a level platform. Proposed sections against existing ground levels have been drawn with the proposal of universal columns and sleeper walls.
A great project undertaken in Horsmonden. This project involved the excavation for a new external swimming pool. We provided our client with a full topographical land survey on a National grid ready for their Architect to over lay their proposed design for planning.
We are installing 100 liner metres of structurally designed retaining wall using horizontally laid log rolls set between universal columns. The log rolls used come with a 30 year life warranty. The design takes into consideration the residence safety while maintaining the garden lawn areas. Please see our progressing project images.
Excavation, pump pour, drainage, block and beam floor, and blockwork to sole plate ready for the timber frame contractor for our client in Guildford. Datum Plus are excited for the next stage to return and construct the external brickwork and complete the hard landscaping.
