5 Apr 2019 We are providing our surveying services on this 51 property development in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The project consist of the setting out of a mix of residential houses and apartment’s. Our surveying division attend site producing a stock pile volume survey and cut and fill drawing. Our setting out engineers will accurately position roads, substructures and external works features to the proposed design drawings.
6 Aug 2019 We are excavating a new 1700ft2 swimming pool in the beautiful area of Sevenoaks. All spoil will be remaining on site, we will then level and spread in the garden topping off with topsoil.
4 Mar 2019 A great project undertaken in Horsmonden. This project involved the excavation for a new external swimming pool. 4 Mar 2019 Excavation, pump pour, drainage, block and beam floor, and blockwork to sole plate ready for the timber frame contractor for our client in Guildford. Datum Plus are excited for the next stage to return and construct the external brickwork and complete the hard landscaping.
