4 Mar 2019 A great project undertaken in Horsmonden. This project involved the excavation for a new external swimming pool. Drainage and service trenching and the recycling of the arisings to contour the existing paddock area. It has been great building new working relationships. Keep posted for updated project images.

Datum Plus Groundwork Services
This project consists of the erection of two semi-detached properties in the beautiful village of Lindfield, Haywards Heath. We are working with the client providing a full groundworks package.
14 Mar 2019 Datum Plus will be working alongside a leading timber frame contractor ‘Border Oak’ for in the quaint village of Chiddingfold. We are providing a full groundworks and surveying package from the initial site setup and piling services to the external works installation. Here are some of our project photos as we progress on site.
4 Mar 2019 This project consisted of the surveying of two existing tennis courts on split levels at a site in Sunningdale. We were asked to produce a drawing showing sections through the existing site and court locations. We were asked to design a retaining structure to facilitate two tennis courts on a level platform. Proposed sections against existing ground levels have been drawn with the proposal of universal columns and sleeper walls.
5 Apr 2019 We are providing our surveying services on this 51 property development in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The project consist of the setting out of a mix of residential houses and apartment’s. Our surveying division attend site producing a stock pile volume survey and cut and fill drawing. Our setting out engineers will accurately position roads, substructures and external works features to the proposed design drawings.
