4 Mar 2019 Drainage Installation for a single house development in Oxshott Surrey.
5 Apr 2019 We are installing 100 liner metres of structurally designed retaining wall using horizontally laid log rolls set between universal columns. The log rolls used come with a 30 year life warranty. The design takes into consideration the residence safety while maintaining the garden lawn areas. Please see our progressing project images.
4 Mar 2019 Our surveying division completed this land survey in Andover, Hampshire. The survey has been requested by the Client to identify building, levels, existing furniture and boundary positions. We were asked on this project to produce the survey on a local grid. Our drawing will be used to overlay a new proposed site development.
4 Mar 2019 Excavation, pump pour, drainage, block and beam floor, and blockwork to sole plate ready for the timber frame contractor for our client in Guildford. Datum Plus are excited for the next stage to return and construct the external brickwork and complete the hard landscaping.
5 Apr 2019 We are providing our surveying services on this 51 property development in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. The project consist of the setting out of a mix of residential houses and apartment’s. Our surveying division attend site producing a stock pile volume survey and cut and fill drawing. Our setting out engineers will accurately position roads, substructures and external works features to the proposed design drawings.
12 Feb 2020 We undertook the initial topographical land survey and produced design drawings for the proposal of a new sleeper wall to retain three new tennis courts.
