6 Aug 2019 We are providing our groundwork and surveying services for a private client in South Croydon. The groundwork package consist of initial site survey, setting out for our pilling contractor , reinforced raft slab foundations and drainage connections in to existing chambers
6 Aug 2019 This project consists of the groundwork and surveying package for a single dwelling in Edenbridge. We are installing deep pad foundations which will be spanned by universal beams. Drainage will be connected to an existing pumping chamber and storm water to a new PCC soakaway positioned in the garden.
5 Apr 2019 We are providing our surveying services on this 51 property development in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. 5 Apr 2019 We are installing 100 liner metres of structurally designed retaining wall using horizontally laid log rolls set between universal columns. The log rolls used come with a 30 year life warranty. The design takes into consideration the residence safety while maintaining the garden lawn areas. Please see our progressing project images.
4 Apr 2019 This external works project consists of the preparation for a new bowling, croquet and tennis courts. We are installing all service ducting and drainage as well as all external work finishes including paving and roads.
14 Mar 2019 Datum Plus will be working alongside a leading timber frame contractor ‘Border Oak’ for in the quaint village of Chiddingfold. We are providing a full groundworks and surveying package from the initial site setup and piling services to the external works installation. 4 Mar 2019 Our surveying division completed this land survey in Andover, Hampshire. The survey has been requested by the Client to identify building, levels, existing furniture and boundary positions. We were asked on this project to produce the survey on a local grid. Our drawing will be used to overlay a new proposed site development.
