12 Feb 2020 We are delighted to provide our groundwork services to Kidbrook Homes on this fantastic development in the picturesque village of Tongham.
4 Mar 2019 Datum Plus are embracing this great opportunity to be providing our services for the groundworks on a new housing development for Concept Homes in Haywards Heath.
Datum Plus Groundwork Services
This project consists of the erection of two semi-detached properties in the beautiful village of Lindfield, Haywards Heath. We are working with the client providing a full groundworks package.
23 Sep 2019 We are currently installing the first phase groundworks comprising of a 1200m2 area which includes the construction of a new entrance road, parking bays, brick retaining walls, ramps, services, footpaths, foul and storm water drainage.
6 Aug 2019 We are excavating a new 1700ft2 swimming pool in the beautiful area of Sevenoaks. All spoil will be remaining on site, we will then level and spread in the garden topping off with topsoil.
12 Feb 2020 We undertook the initial topographical land survey and produced design drawings for the proposal of a new sleeper wall to retain three new tennis courts. We are thrilled to working with 1st- Surface, providing our groundwork services through this next phase. Please see our on going project photos:
5 Apr 2019 We are installing 100 liner metres of structurally designed retaining wall using horizontally laid log rolls set between universal columns. The log rolls used come with a 30 year life warranty. The design takes into consideration the residence safety while maintaining the garden lawn areas. Please see our progressing project images.
