At Datum Plus Ltd we are regularly called to site to produce As Built Surveys. The main purpose of these surveys is to verify any changes undertaken on site and to ensure work has been completed to approved plans.
We are competent in overlaying all of our survey data onto original plans and to produce reports of any variations.
Clients will also use As Built Surveys throughout the construction process to accurately determine new buried features such as underground services and utility positions. It also provides a scaled drawing to quantify works completed for contractor payments. On request we will mark up any drawings required by the client to show areas, volumes and linear meters to help with this process.
