Drainage Repair, excavation and renewal

If problems occur within a drainage system, repair of the faulty area or the full excavation and renewal may be necessary. Our highly skilled workforce will arrive on site with CCTV equipment which will be used to locate the problem area. Once located we will carry out excavation. Datum Plus will always endeavour to reduce disruption to surrounding areas. We understand disruption can be stressful to not only our clients but to neighbouring parties. With this in mind a site supervisor will always be available to liase with on site. Once work is completed all work will be pressure checked and approval obtained. If work is to be undertaken in a public highway we hold full road and street work accreditations. All excavated areas will be left in a finished state as agreed with the client.

Ducting and Service trenching

We will excavate and lay ducting to your services needs. All trenches will be excavated by accredited drivers and overseen by a site supervisor. We work closely with all trades to ensure as smooth a service as possible.

Drainage and Services As built surveys

During or on completion Datum Plus can attend site to survey all service and drainage locations. We will produce a drawing that can be continually updated providing locations and levels for the cover and inverts of inspection chambers, tank and soakaway systems, Ducting and services. Our Surveyors utilise Leica robotic total stations and produce drawings in DWG, DXF and PDF format.
