Datum Plus Ltd area a trusted and fully insured groundwork and surveying contractor founded by Laura Richards in January 2018
Initially set up as a surveying contractor providing services including land surveys, site setting out, as built drawings and material take offs, the company has now expanded to include groundwork within our scope of work. Our professional and competent approach encourage main contractors to enquire about this service and to date our work ethic has led to the steady growth if the company.
Laura has spent over 15 years as a site engineer which included working freelance or employed. During that time she has learnt and become a capable quantity surveyor. Working on various sites from single dwellings up to 100 plot estates her experience has given confidence to those that have employed her service.
Laura has assembled a team of groundwork experts who provide a service and work ethic that maintain her own standards. All our contractors are competent and hold the relevant accreditation for the works they carry out.
Laura has recently employed the services of Steve Moseley as construction manager. Steve has over 25 years groundwork experience from working on the ground to contracts manager.
Having previously worked together this partnership allows Datum Plus Ltd to provide a complete service from your initial site survey to the final stage external works.
